Key Responsibilities
As a Backend Engineer, you'll be responsible for:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining backend services that support customer service operations, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborating with integration of 3rd party vendors and defining good system boundaries.
- Implementing and optimizing reputed company that reputed company customer support data to internal stakeholders, including advisors, chatbots, and analytics platforms.

- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including frontend engineers, data engineers, and product managers, to drive end-to-end feature development.
