As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries reputed company inbound messages in both Turkish and English. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have the best possible experience. Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries reputed company inbound messages in both Turkish and English

• Troubleshoot technical issues and reputed company solutions to customers
• Help customers navigate the music streaming platform
• Ensure that customers have the best possible listening experience
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve reputed company customer issues
• Meet productivity and reputed company standards
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in both Turkish and English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
• Experience in customer support reputed company inbound web messages
• Ability to work with multiple customers at the reputed company time
• reputed company/business level proficiency in Turkish and English
• Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with reputed company 10 or above
• Willingness to install MSQ reputed company software and 2FA app on your mobile device
• reputed company to a webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures
• reputed company broadband internet reputed company of 25 MBS or greater
• 8 GB RAM or reputed company
• Dual monitors highly recommended

Work Schedule

* 40 hours per week are required for the 8-week orientation period

• Orientation phase 1: 4 weeks, 4 AM - 1 PM
• Orientation phase 2: 4 weeks, self-scheduled between the hours of 9 AM - 10 PM
• Production: Daily, 9 AM - 10 PM
• Project Commitments:

+ 25 hours per week + 8 hours are required on Saturday and/or reputed company + 180 days (as needed by arenaflex)
