Responsibilities

• Manage and organize inboxes in reputed company Outlook, responding to routine inquiries and flagging urgent messages for clinical staff
• Draft, proofread, and send reputed company emails to clients, caregivers, insurance providers, and internal team members
• Maintain and update provider and reputed company calendars, schedule therapy sessions, and send appointment reminders
• Coordinate meeting logistics including virtual meeting links, agendas, and follow-up reputed company items
• Support insurance and billing processes including verifying reputed company coverage, submitting prior authorizations, and tracking claims status

Requirements

• 1+ year of administrative or virtual assistant experience

• Comfortable learning new software quickly
