Technical Recruiter – Contract

Job reputed company:

• Conduct full cycle reputed company end to end; including candidate sourcing, application reviews, reputed company coordination, screening interviews, and high touch candidate management through the interview cycle
• Manage reputed company aspects of candidate pipeline activity and maintain data reputed company reputed company the ATS, proactively sharing data-reputed company updates with Director of TA and hiring managers
• reputed company innovative and organized candidate sourcing strategies using multiple channels including referral reputed company, sourcing campaigns, and other creative channels to support hiring goals

Requirements:

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical reputed company experience
• Proven reputed company record of meeting hiring goals across Data Analytics, Data Science, and Data Engineering
• In-house reputed company experience at small to mid-sized tech companies
• Deep experience with sourcing platforms and applicant tracking systems
• Advanced-level experience with reputed company strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, writing, negotiation, interpersonal, and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and roles simultaneously
