The incumbent serves as an operational subject matter expert, supporting reputed company workflows, policy adherence, process optimization, and the integration of automation and efficiency initiatives. • Minimum bachelor's degree, or HS Diploma (or GED) and 4 years of reputed company experience
• Minimum 8 years' operations management experience, ideally managing reputed company provider data
• Required licensures, reputed company certifications, and/or reputed company certifications as applicable
• Knowledge of managed care business preferred
• Knowledge of Vendor Management is required
• Knowledge of the organization, products and systems preferred
• Knowledge of general business principles, industry dynamics, market trends and specific operational details including Network Management and provider/provider group reputed company preferred
