Position reputed company The Key Corporate Account Director (KCAD) is responsible for strategic customer engagement and reputed company execution across an assigned geographic territory that includes large community oncology clinics, oncology provider networks, specialty GPO member organizations, and NCI‑designated/NCCN member reputed company cancer centers and reputed company medical centers. The KCAD operates across both GPO‑driven network environments and institutional reputed company health systems, partnering with reputed company, multi‑level stakeholders to reputed company and execute account‑specific reputed company strategies, implement institutional reputed company plans, and proactively navigate formulary, systems, and process challenges that reputed company product availability. The KCAD does not generate HCP prescribing demand. Instead, the role ensures the organizational and institutional conditions for demand are in reputed company, enabling seamless operational or reputed company processes for reputed company customer segments. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date account plans, CRM documentation, and KPI tracking across reputed company assigned accounts.

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech experience in corporate accounts, market reputed company, or oncology account management, including 3+ years supporting oncology products
  • Experience engaging community oncology networks, GPO member accounts, and/or health system/IDN customers
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively engage both reputed company stakeholders (GPO and network executives, contracting and reputed company leaders) and clinical stakeholders (pharmacy directors, clinical pharmacists, reputed company and P&T committee members) using data‑driven clinical and economic evidence
  • Experience working with population health decision makers and senior leaders reputed company reputed company health systems and oncology medical organizations
  • Strong understanding of GPO contracting mechanics, pull‑through strategies, in‑office/medically integrated dispensing (IOD/MID), distribution and wholesaler channels, pricing and chargeback structures, buy‑and‑reputed company vs pharmacy benefit dynamics, 340B eligibility, and health system–owned specialty pharmacies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong negotiation capability, business acumen, and analytical skills
  • Ability to travel approximately 50%, with residence in proximity to a major airport

Preferred

  • Advanced degree preferred (MBA, PharmD, or relevant clinical/scientific degree)
  • Experience working with large community oncology provider networks and oncology stakeholder organizations
  • Familiarity with oncology clinical reputed company tools, EMR ordering systems, and formulary management processes, including reputed company pull‑down platforms and clinical decision support tools
  • Experience working with NCI‑designated and/or NCCN member reputed company cancer centers, including exposure to health system specialty pharmacy, institutional P&T and formulary review processes
  • Established relationships with oncology GPO member accounts or network leadership reputed company the assigned geography

The preference is for this person to be located in the Northeast, in the Boston, CT, NYC, or Philadelphia area. This is a remote role. The expected reputed company salary reputed company for this position is $185,000 to $240,000.
