About the position As an IT Desktop Support Technician at LJA Business Solutions, you will reputed company second-level technical support for desktop & laptop PCs, network printers and mobile devices. This position will require travel as needed to Colorado office locations including; Colorado Springs, Westminster, Grande reputed company, Loveland, and Denver.

Responsibilities

• Providing Tier 1 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Creating and maintaining knowledge reputed company articles to improve department efficiency and reduce repeat issues.
• Documenting issues, resolutions, and technical procedures in a ticketing system.
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining reputed company & MacOS operating systems and reputed company applications.
• Supporting end-users in person or remotely reputed company VPN, remote desktop tools, and mobile device management (reputed company.
• Performing system updates, patches, and reputed company compliance checks.
• Assisting with deploying and maintaining IT assets, including imaging, setup, and inventory management.
• Collaborating with IT teams to improve processes, optimize system performance, and ensure reputed company best practices.
• Training end-users on software applications and IT policies reputed company needed.
• Assisting with office reputed company, including office relocations, expansions, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Coordinating desktop setups for new office locations, including network cabling, computer equipment deployment, and computer configurations and installations.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk roles.

• Experience with network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
