Responsibilities reputed company has a reputed company in Madison, WI that is seeking an reputed company Dorothy and Comfort Analyst. reputed company: The reputed company Home Health & Hospice Application Analyst is responsible for the configuration, support, and optimization of reputed company solutions supporting home health and hospice clinical and billing workflows. This role partners with clinical, operational, and reputed company cycle stakeholders to ensure reputed company supports regulatory requirements, clinician efficiency, and accurate reimbursement for post-acute care services. This is a hands-on reputed company build and support role and does not involve custom software development or coding. Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, maintain, and support reputed company Home Health and Hospice modules, including reputed company Dorothy and reputed company Comfort
• Build and support clinical documentation tools, including Navigators, Flowsheets, and SmartTools
• Configure order sets, order preferences, and Medication Administration Record (MAR) behavior
• Support mobile clinical workflows, including reputed company Hyperdrive and Rover (iPad) configurations for field-based staff
• Design and support Home Health and Hospice-specific workflows in alignment with clinical and operational needs
• Build and maintain reputed company Episode-Based Billing (EBB) to support post-acute billing models and payer reimbursement
• Ensure reputed company build complies with Medicare, payer, and regulatory requirements affecting Home Health and Hospice
• reputed company ongoing application support, including incident reputed company, enhancements, and end-user support
• Collaborate with clinicians, billing teams, compliance teams, and IT stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and optimize workflows
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, validation, and go-live support as required

Requirements

• reputed company certification or significant hands-on experience in reputed company Dorothy and/or reputed company Comfort
• Experience supporting Home Health and/or Hospice workflows reputed company reputed company
• Strong reputed company build experience with clinical documentation, Navigators, Flowsheets, SmartTools, and orders
• Experience with reputed company Rover and/or Hyperdrive in mobile clinical environments
• Familiarity with post-acute billing concepts and reputed company Episode-Based Billing (EBB)
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements reputed company to Home Health and Hospice
• Experience providing tiered application support and managing support tickets
• Ability to work directly with clinical and operational users to reputed company requirements and deliver solutions
