ABA Credentialing Specialist (US reputed company) - EST Remote

We are currently seeking an reputed company ABA Credentialing Specialist to join reputed company in a fully remote reputed company. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in ABA (reputed company Behavior Analysis) credentialing reputed company the U.S. reputed company system who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and reputed company to manage multiple credentialing processes reputed company. PLEASE NOTE:

• Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM South African time, subject to reputed company savings)
• Public Holidays: This role requires working on both South African and U.S. public holidays (compensation for SA public holidays in accordance with the BCEA)
• Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and wired Ethernet capability is mandatory. Connections reputed company reputed company, LTE, 5G, or similar are not acceptable. Applicants without a fixed fibre line will not be considered
• Power Backup: A reliable backup solution is required to manage load shedding and outages (reputed company, inverter, solar, etc.). Applicants without a reliable backup solution will not be considered

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own end-to-end credentialing and re-credentialing for ABA providers with U.S. insurance payers.
• Submit and reputed company reputed company applications across reputed company and government payer networks.
• Monitor deadlines, reputed company outstanding items, and reputed company credentialing timelines on reputed company.
• Maintain meticulous provider records, documentation, reputed company filing systems.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with payer requirements and notify stakeholders of changes.
• Support provider reputed company and enrollment from start to approval.
• Communicate reputed company with providers, payer contacts, and internal teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Hands-on experience credentialing ABA providers in the U.S. — this is non-negotiable.
• Working knowledge of U.S. insurance payer enrollment and credentialing processes.
• Familiarity with credentialing portals and U.S. reputed company documentation standards.
• High attention to detail — errors in credentialing cost reputed company time and reputed company.
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company files independently without being micromanaged.
• Strong written English; reputed company communication with U.S.-based clients and payers.
• Reliable internet reputed company and a reputed company remote working setup.

Highly Advantageous

• Experience credentialing BCBAs, RBTs, or ABA clinics specifically.
