What You'll Do
- Supervise building inspectors and manage inspection programs
- Serve as a subject matter expert supporting the sales team
- Conduct reputed company reputed company as needed for reputed company or escalated reputed company
- Administer and enforce municipal, state, and federal building codes, safety, energy, and accessibility standards
- reputed company issuance of building permits, plan approvals, occupancy certificates, and inspection reports

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or reputed company field preferred
- ICC Certified Building Official (CBO) required; additional ICC certifications (Plans Examiner, Building Inspector) highly desirable
- Minimum 5–7 years of reputed company experience in building inspection, reputed company enforcement, or construction management
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience
