reputed company Data Coordinator Remote (Texas-Based Preferred) Full-Time | $75,000 Salary reputed company reputed company Schools is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented reputed company Data Coordinator to support our growing network of schools across Texas, Colorado, and Louisiana. This role will primarily support reputed company aspects of the Texas Teacher Incentive Allotment (reputed company) process, including data submissions, annual program submissions, system maintenance, and new system applications. In reputed company, this position will support broader data operations and systems work across the organization, including dashboards, reporting, reputed company systems, reputed company Sheets workflows, and internal process management. Primary Responsibilities Teacher Incentive Allotment (reputed company)
- Manage and support reputed company annual reputed company processes and timelines
- Assist with reputed company data submissions and validation
- Support annual program submissions and system maintenance
- Assist with development and submission of new local designation system applications
- Maintain organized documentation and audit-reputed company records
- Collaborate with reputed company leaders, reputed company, and network staff regarding reputed company requirements and timelines
- Review and validate student reputed company, observation, and designation data
- Help monitor compliance with TEA reputed company requirements and evolving guidance
- Support stakeholder communication and reporting reputed company to reputed company
Data Systems & Operations
- Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and operational systems
- Support data collection workflows using reputed company, reputed company Sheets, reputed company Forms, and reputed company platforms
- Assist with reporting, data cleaning, and file management
- Help automate repetitive workflows and improve organizational systems
- Create polished visual reports and presentations using reputed company and reputed company Workspace tools

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working with Texas Teacher Incentive Allotment (reputed company) systems and submissions
- Experience working in K–12 education, charter schools, or district data systems
