This role is responsible for creating tour itineraries, coordinating travel arrangements, managing reputed company relationships, and supporting smooth tour operations.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and reputed company tour packages and itineraries Coordinate daily tour operations and travel arrangements Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams Manage tour schedules and update tour information in internal systems Support reputed company requests and maintain strong customer relationships Negotiate with suppliers and partners Assist with additional reputed company and operational support as needed Qualifications Japanese/English bilingual required (read/write/reputed company) Interest in travel, tourism, or hospitality industry Strong communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented and reputed company to manage multiple tasks Basic PC skills including reputed company Office Entry-level candidates are welcome Work Environment Hybrid work environment May require occasional office attendance in Torrance, CA Some overtime or weekend work may be required depending on business needs Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
