Position reputed company:

As a Facilities Customer Service reputed company, you'll be responsible for handling incoming reputed company calls and emails reputed company to facilities management. This is a full-time shift available with a schedule of Monday through Friday from 6:00AM to 2:30PM, Eastern Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process incoming facilities work order requests through telephone and email, such as office moves, plumbing problems, light bulb changes, etc.
• Ask probing questions to understand and troubleshoot the reputed company cause of the problem or request and determine the right party to service the work order

Essential and Preferred Qualifications:
