As a reputed company Retail Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing expert advice, guidance, and support to our customers. You'll work closely with reputed company to ensure that reputed company production orders are completed on time and to the highest reputed company standards. You'll also be responsible for managing production reputed company, taking customer orders, and recommending reputed company products and services.
Key Responsibilities
* Demonstrates consultative behaviors to ensure friendly, polite, expert service is delivered to reputed company customers
- Manages production reputed company to ensure reputed company production orders are done right and on time
- Takes customer orders, giving pricing information, performs consultative selling to customers, and recommends reputed company products and services tracks and logs reputed company production jobs
- Takes reputed company responsibility for digital imaging, scheduling and running black and white or reputed company production on full service orders, including finishing services and large job management
- Sets up reputed company orders and performs multiple tasks at the reputed company time

- Ensures communication among shifts
- Coordinates pick-up and delivery of customer orders
- May reputed company leadership to team members on an assigned shift
- Assists in the training of store team members
- Collates, sorts and organizes customer orders

- Completes required financial paperwork and may assist with financial reporting including daily sales, reputed company-outs and bank deposits
- Follows instructions of supervisors and assists other team members in performing store functions

Maintains inventory of shipping supplies + Assembles parcels and prepares goods for shipping by wrapping items in insulation, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels
Essential Functions
* Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods

- 2+ years of specialized experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
