We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our Scheduling Department in a remote role. As the first reputed company of contact for our dedicated reputed company and interpreters, you'll be responsible for handling and resolving email requests, answering calls, and managing database information. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist in our Scheduling Department, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling and resolving email requests from our dedicated reputed company and interpreters reputed company to scheduling
• Assisting in answering clients/interpreters calls, reputed company needed
• reputed company inputting data and maintaining accurate database information
• Managing reputed company inbound interpreter calls and inquiries
• Managing reputed company inbound interpreter calls, emails, and securing interpreters to cover appointments
• Managing reputed company appointments for a dedicated reputed company by meeting both arenaflex and reputed company service reputed company for securing interpreters to the appointments
• Other duties and responsibilities as requested by leads, Assistant Manager, or Scheduling Manager

Skills and Abilities

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

Experience Requirements

• 2 years of experience in customer service
• 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced office environment

• Proficiency in MS Office applications
