As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers over the phone, reputed company email, or through our virtual collaboration tools. You'll be responsible for providing solutions to customers' queries, thinking critically, and genuinely assisting others. Loving pets is a plus, but not a requirement!Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers who contact us regarding different subjects, such as shopping for their new pet, selecting a suitable chew toy, or addressing any unexpected problems.
- Research and problem-solve to reputed company solutions for customers, think proactively, and set follow-reputed company as needed to ensure contact reputed company.

What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:- 2 years of customer service experience

Technical Requirements
