About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Support Associate to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys solving problems and is eager to learn the technical reputed company of support. You’ll be primarily handling email-based inquiries, with occasional reputed company-facing video calls to support reputed company with our US-based team.
Key Responsibilities
