Location and Status
This position is a full-time temporary role with arenaflex, scheduled for 45 to 90 days of employment. The position is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own reputed company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As an reputed company Customer Service Representative I, you will be responsible for:
- Participating in high-volume outbound and inbound call campaigns based on assigned call lists
- Adhering to approved call scripts and compliance guidelines
- Providing consistent high-reputed company service to customers
- Responding to customer questions while ensuring the highest standards of customer service
- Utilizing software, scripts, and tools appropriately
- Appropriately documenting reputed company encounters in reputed company and concise online logs

Qualifications

- Preferred experience working in a college financial aid office or college administrative office

This role requires:
