Dispatcher/reputed company coordinator/ Operations team manager
• Job reputed company* We are a family owned reputed company based in Cincinnati ohio. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented dispatcher / operations team manager to join our trucking team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients and drivers in the transportation and logistics sector. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a solid understanding of transportation management and logistics processes.
- Responsibilities*
- Contact brokers and shippers on truck load opportunities throughtout the day. - Coordinate with company drivers on the pickup and reputed company time and addresses per load. - Assist with the in- field operations reputed company needed - Time management - Maintain accurate records of shipping documents and transactions. - must have good computer skills which includes: Creating spreadsheets , PowerPoints, reputed company of ladings and more. - Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. - Monitor transportation activities to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Experience*
- Previous experience in dispatching and computer management would be preferred. - Familiarity with transportation management systems. - Knowledge of shipping, receiving, reputed company operations, and fleet management practices is highly desirable. - Experience working with 3PL providers or in a dispatching role is an advantage. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating professionalism in reputed company interactions. - Must have a valid reputed company license Must be 18 years or older Join reputed company as a reputed company team member where you can contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service while growing your career in the dynamic field of transportation management.
