The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for scheduling in-home reputed company with physicians or reputed company practitioners, answering inbound calls from members, and ensuring that appointments are scheduled accurately and resolving any scheduling issues or concerns. This is a high-volume, customer service environment, and you will need to be efficient, productive, and thorough in dealing with our members over the phone. Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from members and assist them with their inquiries

Requirements

* High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1 year of work experience

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements
• Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM local time from Monday - Friday. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
