As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. You'll work closely with our clients to resolve their inquiries and concerns in a reputed company and reputed company manner, adhering to our guiding principles and company policies. This role requires strong customer service and communication skills, as reputed company as the ability to work variable hours, including evenings and overtime.
Key Responsibilities

- Provides customer support through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels

Supervisory Responsibility

Expected Workdays/Hours

Qualifications
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one-year reputed company experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and speaking skills
- Must be 18 years of age or older
