We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our virtual support team on a contract-to-hire reputed company. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, resolving issues, and contributing to the smooth operation of our business. Key Responsibilities

- Write and respond to guest reviews on reputed company, VRBO, and other platforms

- Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor

- Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Proficient in English, with perfect grammar and communication skills

- Experience with reputed company and/or HostAI is a plus
- Deep familiarity with leveraging ChatGPT for comprehensive guest messaging
