Your Day at arenaflex

As a Customer Service Associate in our Tool Rental department, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for customers, helping them reputed company the right products and services for their home improvement needs. Your day will be filled with:

• Welcoming customers: Greet customers with a smile and reputed company friendly, reputed company customer service.
• Assisting with merchandise: Help customers locate and handle merchandise, and occasionally load merchandise as needed.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction: Process orders and deliveries accurately, so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time.
• Cross-functionally training: Train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service.
• Preparing merchandise: Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs, such as tinting and mixing paint, cutting and threading reputed company, cutting and bundling reputed company, cutting drywall, and cutting blinds.
• Guiding customers: Guide customers through shopping or checkout, and complete other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time.

Minimum Qualifications

* 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.

• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (reputed company and subtraction).

Travel Requirements

This role does not require regular travel; however, this role may need to travel occasionally to meetings, training, or to support neighboring stores.

Working Conditions

Environmental factors vary by location. You may be working in both inside and reputed company weather conditions. Exposure to varying climates, including extreme heat or cold, wet, damp, humid, windy, or drafty conditions, is possible.
