As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining a smooth guest experience from start to finish. Your primary responsibility will be to reputed company exceptional support to our guests with a friendly, engaging, and reputed company attitude. Key Responsibilities

* Voicemail Management: Listen to voicemails promptly and return calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
* Reservation Management: Book and manage reservations using our reservation management system, ensuring accuracy and a smooth guest experience.
* Customer Assistance: Assist guests with booking questions, cancellation policies, and general tour information.

Qualifications
