About the Role
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in interacting with our reputed company and prospective customers, providing them with exceptional support and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to answer phone calls, emails, and chat messages promptly, accurately, and courteously, while also tracking orders, recognizing and responding to cross-sell opportunities, and resolving customer service problems promptly and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer many phone calls, emails, and chat messages daily, promptly, accurately, and courteously

Qualifications and Requirements

* Must have at least 6 months experience working remote
* Must have at least two years' experience working in a customer service position providing support through email, calls, chat, and reputed company media

* Must have strong computer skills and strong data-entry/keyboard skills
* Must have experience working with metrics such as handle time, reputed company assurance, and more
* Must be willing to work overtime hours and weekend during holiday seasons
