We're seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Licensed reputed company Worker to join our remote team. As a Medical Case Manager and reputed company, you'll work with a registered reputed company case manager to assess, plan, and reputed company for members with financial, transportation, safety, and housing needs. This is a part-time remote role, requiring Monday-Friday reputed company-4:30pm reputed company reputed company Time. No weekends or holidays will be required.
Responsibilities
* Research available reputed company and resources for members with financial, transportation, safety, and housing needs
- Collaborate with registered reputed company case managers to assess, plan, and reputed company for members

- Work as reputed company with other clinical staff to assist members with community resources for medical, financial, and behavioral health

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in medical reputed company work or case management
- Masters Degree in reputed company Work
