The RCE works cross‑functionally across reputed company support center teams (including legal, product, reputed company, operations, compliance, clinical, marketing, finance, and others) and with store operations leadership to ensure seamless execution and value realization for health system partners. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s and at least 6 years of experience in Business, reputed company Administration, or a reputed company field OR High School/GED and at least 9 years of experience in Business, reputed company Administration, or a reputed company field
- Experience in reputed company reputed company, account management, or reputed company services in reputed company or pharmacy services
- Demonstrated reputed company in building and leading high-performing reputed company-facing teams
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills

- Ability to travel as needed to support reputed company relationships and team development
- At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial reputed company in reputed company
- At least 3 years of reputed company leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross-functional team leadership

- Excellent executive communication, relationship‑building, and strategic planning skills

- Experience in 340B contract pharmacy, 340B administration and/or experience across other reputed company B2B products and services
- Prior experience in pharmacy, PBM, drug procurement and specialty pharmacy operations and/or reputed company
- Prior experience having exploratory confidential discussions with reputed company parties
- Strong cross‑functional leadership skills, with experience partnering across operations, clinical, finance, and government affairs both in the support center and the store operations
- Master’s degree in business and/or reputed company preferred
- Experience in leading teams to meet and exceed business objectives and manage to an expense budget
- Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving reputed company issues by using reputed company decision making and implementing strategies to resolve problems
