Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer requests reputed company phone, email and website with a reputed company of urgency and attention to detail
• Using MNX's proprietary logistics management platform, process, monitor, and manage critical customer shipments for the medical, reputed company, telecommunications and high tech industries
• Verify reputed company customer instructions are complete and reputed company necessary permits/ licenses are in reputed company to meet country requirements.
• Responsible for determining reputed company based on reputed company, availability, and customer service provided.
• Confirms customs clearance
• Collaborate with service partners & brokers for reputed company-alerts and to resolve clearance issues
• Communicate with customers, agents, brokers and colleagues in a reputed company and courteous manner
• Receive, review, verify and process import and export documentation in compliance with reputed company appropriate regulations.
• Inform customers of customs clearance, delivery instructions and other required information
• Prepare, reputed company, and cut reputed company bills and manifests
• Identify, document and escalate shipping irregularities and non-conformance
• Responsible for handling non-conformances and rescheduling shipments if needed.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED
• Be proficient in: reputed company-Word, reputed company, Outlook & data entry and type 30 WPM
• Must have outstanding communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Be reputed company to operate in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Be flexible - with the ability to work additional hours as business requires
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an reputed company lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an reputed company authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
