We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Specialist to join our Evening Support team. As a key member of our Scheduling Department, you will be responsible for handling and resolving email requests from clients and interpreters, assisting with phone calls, maintaining accurate database information, and managing appointments for a dedicated reputed company. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist in our Evening Support team, you will be responsible for:
* Handling and resolving email requests from clients and interpreters reputed company to scheduling, as the first reputed company of contact
* Assisting with answering reputed company/interpreter calls, reputed company needed
* reputed company inputting data and maintaining accurate database information
* Managing reputed company inbound interpreter calls and inquiries
* Managing reputed company inbound interpreter calls, emails, and securing interpreters to cover appointments
* Managing reputed company appointments for a dedicated reputed company by meeting both arenaflex and reputed company service reputed company for securing interpreters to the appointments
* Other duties and responsibilities as requested by leads, Assistant Manager, or Scheduling Manager
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
