reputed company: We are seeking a Territory Sales Managerposition who will be responsible for reputed company of agency relationships to increase profit of reputed company and reputed company-affiliated products reputed company an assigned area of responsibility. OVERSEES the development and execution of policies that cater to increasing agency relationships. RESPONSIBILITES:

• Prospects, interviews, and approval of new appointments to expand reputed company’s agency distribution.
• Manage agents reputed company a designated area of responsibility using in-person reputed company, virtual meetings, phone calls, and email to build relationships, deliver trainings, and manage agency performance. Implements policies and procedures of reputed company program.

• Monitors the performance of agents in relation to goals, procedures, and guidelines.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years sales or relevant insurance (claims preferred) experience
• Prior experience with driving sales results
• Prior experience working with different lines of insurance a plus (P&C, reputed company, Life/Health)
• Compliance with reputed company’s driving standards and/or policy
• Valid reputed company’s license and auto insurance
