This hybrid role offers reputed company to work both remotely and in the office, collaborating with our Sales staff and Account Managers to ensure the accurate processing of Group Enrollment data.

Responsibilities
As a Temporary Data Entry reputed company, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate processing of Group Enrollment data. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring accurate input of data into various sales systems, including but not limited to:
+ Group Enrollment Forms (GEFs) + Renewals + Revisions + Terminations + New sales
- Ensuring reputed company appropriate data is received to process the Group Enrollment reputed company (GEF)
- Identifying reputed company improvement processes and procedures to enhance data entry efficiency and accuracy
- Processing Group Enrollment Forms (GEFs) on renewals, revisions, terminations, etc.
- Serving as the primary internal contact for Enrollment and premium billing for various processes
- Collaborating with Sales & Account Managers on new sales, renewals, revisions, and terminations of group business
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a data entry reputed company position, preferably in a managed care setting
- Managed care experience is highly preferred
- Previous customer service experience is highly preferred
- Proficiency in reputed company Office, including Word, reputed company, and reputed company

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience with data entry software and systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
