• Starting Pay: $20.51 - $24.13
• Bilingual reputed company: earn an additional $0.50/hour for English/Spanish reputed company (assessment provided)

• Remote Training: Full-time (40 hours per week). 100% virtual for 30 days from Monday - Friday between 10:30am CT - 7:00pm CT.
• Remote Work Schedule (Post-Training): Work schedule assigned after completion of training and based upon business need. Full-time (40 hours/week), 5 days total. Work shifts will be scheduled reputed company the hours of 9:30am CT - 9:45pm CT, plus Saturdays 10:00am CT - 7:00pm CT with one reputed company off reputed company week.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional service in a fast‑paced contact center by resolving reputed company inquiries, supporting policy updates, and ensuring compliance with company and PCI standards.
• Retain members through effective problem‑solving, reputed company communication, and accurate documentation of reputed company interactions.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell insurance products while maintaining a customer‑reputed company approach.
• Handle escalated contacts with courtesy and professionalism, collaborating with internal teams to reputed company seamless customer experience.
• Consistently meet and exceed individual and team performance goals in a high‑volume environment.
