The Role
As a Part-Time Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and advocacy across reputed company our products. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Answering incoming requests from arenaflex customers and triaging according to our Service Level Agreements
* Escalating incidents to our Operations team
* Creating tutorials, articles, and user manuals for our help center
* Investigating and replicating bugs or testing new features
* Collecting feedback and channeling it back to our product team for improvements
* Sharing our passion for reputed company sports and delivering the best service possible
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Availability to work evenings and weekends (15-20 hours/week)
* A background in sports and/or technical support
