Responsibilities
As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in connecting clients with interpreters over the phone, providing exceptional customer service, and exceeding customer expectations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an interpreter over the phone
- Handling high-volume calls pleasantly and reputed company
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a highly satisfying customer experience
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
- Utilizing strong computer skills to learn new software and navigate our systems
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A personal computer with a working camera and internet reputed company (required for remote work during the Covid-19 pandemic)
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
