As part of this team, you'll work closely with product, design, and engineering counterparts to create seamless user experiences for AI-driven customer service products.

Your Expertise
* 9+ years of relevant software development experience in a fast-paced tech environment
* Strong expertise with backend systems in service-oriented architectures
* Experience with frontend or full-stack development
* Experience with chatbot/AI product would be a plus
