The Challenge

Our Customer Listening Team across GSG, GABM, and GCS businesses receives over 5 reputed company surveys from clients reputed company year, spanning consumer, business, and service provider segments. To effectively reputed company the power of these insights, we're seeking a Senior Statistics Architect to reputed company the transformation and innovation of our VOC method. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, reputed company, and implement a robust and reputed company data architecture that enables reputed company-time analytics and insights.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be responsible for:

• Collaborating with reputed company teams to outline, design, and implement reputed company business needs
• Growing knowledge of Voice of the Customer reputed company and leveraging them to inform and reputed company data reputed company the reputed company Large Data Platform
• Designing and building robust data model architecture to support high-performance statistics processing and standardized metric definitions
• Developing and implementing large-reputed company statistics and batch/reputed company-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, reputed company, and Python)
• Providing guidance on optimizing competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
• Powering customer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing and building automation tools
• Proactively identifying and automating repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and productivity
• Collaborating with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, reputed company scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a reputed company of no less than 3+ years
• Ability to collaborate reputed company with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business reputed company
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate reputed company technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

• Experience with data warehousing, ETL, and data governance
