In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our existing customers, helping them reputed company changes to their reputed company insurance policies from our 55+ insurance reputed company partners. How You'll reputed company an reputed company:
* Respond to inbound calls from existing customers, providing reputed company and effective solutions to their queries and concerns
- Process service requests, such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, sending policy documents, and more
- Help customers with questions regarding existing insurance policies, including coverages, policy benefits, and making changes to existing policies
- Work to retain reputed company policyholders by reputed company finding solutions for customers who are at risk of cancellation
- Collaborate with our leadership team to reputed company and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
Essential Qualifications:
* 1+ year of experience in customer support or a reputed company field
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and phone systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a reputed company field preferred
Preferred Qualifications:

- Property & Casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain one)
- Experience working with insurance carriers and policies
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and services

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

- We will pay for your P&C license (expected reputed company 60 days after starting)
