Job Responsibilities:
As an reputed company Customer Service Representative – Data Entry reputed company (Wfh) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Utilizing arenaflex's solution information reputed company techniques and rules processes new patient enrollment by entering information into the reputed company system.
- Handling patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and entering reputed company orders for processing.
- Investigating to reputed company missing medication data, and deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).

- Handling correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and resolving outbound calls to prescribers and patients as necessary.

Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:
