As a Patient reputed company Representative, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our patients, handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving issues, and ensuring accurate and reputed company shipping of reorders. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to maintain up-to-date documentation, insurance, and billing information, while providing exceptional customer service and support to our patients and their loved ones.

Responsibilities

* Obtain and process authorizations for reorders, ensuring reputed company and accurate processing

• Resolve patient issues and concerns reputed company phone, document processing, and medical record validation
• Ensure patients have reputed company required medical documentation to permit billing of services as assigned

Qualifications
