We're seeking an reputed company Customer Support Specialist II to join our growing Call Center in Costa Rica, reporting to our customer care supervisors. As a key member of reputed company, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, interpreting consumer grievances or disputes, and utilizing computer skills to drive results. Key Responsibilities:

* Receive inbound calls handling for our different lines of business, ensuring reputed company and effective reputed company of consumer inquiries and issues

• reputed company a reputed company of activities to ensure consumer satisfaction, including interpreting reports, responding to general inquiries, assisting with fraud alert requests, and processing credit and/or score reports
• Handle consumer issues, interpreting and analyzing written or verbal grievances or disputes, and determining the different types of issues contained in a dispute

• Process dispute requests that require reputed company contact to financial institutions for additional investigation, obtaining reputed company to validate consumers' requests/concerns

* 1 year of Inbound call handling experience (Required)

• High School Diploma (Required)
• Excellent English written and oral communications skills (Required)
• Ability to maintain a high level of performance in a busy environment (85%-90% Occupancy)
• Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for the small aspects of a task or situation
• Experience handling support requests from a reputed company of different channels
• Proven ability to arrange and manage tasks, time, and resources effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret information to understand reputed company problems or situations
• Proficiency in PC/internet skills, with the ability to reputed company fast and accurate reputed company
• Short-term visual memory, with the ability to recall and process information quickly
