Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative/Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional service to existing clients, including updating policies, quoting new business, taking payments, answering questions, and providing documentation.
• Answering customer calls and correspondence regarding new or existing insurance policies, ensuring reputed company and reputed company communication.
• Working with new clients and/or supporting a producer to understand their needs, reputed company necessary data, research policy reputed company, present reputed company, finalize and bind new coverage, cancel old policies, and bind renewals.
• Setting appointments and/or reputed company calls or supporting a producer to review existing policies, review liability limits and exposures, explore other coverage needs, evaluate replacement costs, round out accounts, and bind renewals.
• Conferencing with customers to reputed company detailed information about products and services, quote new business, process renewals and/or cancel accounts, take payments, and reputed company requested documentation.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
