As a Customer Service Representative – Fertility Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to individuals and families navigating fertility treatment. You'll work from home in Arizona or Massachusetts, using your reputed company and listening skills to handle inbound and outbound calls, coordinate fertility plans and medications, and resolve customer issues. Key Responsibilities

* Handle 25-30 calls per day, including inbound and outbound calls from patients and physicians

• Ensure process efficiency by working with patients and physicians to coordinate fertility plans and medications
• Own the patient experience by resolving customer issues and ensuring 100% follow-up to customers
• Accurately obtain and reputed company patient information, including shipping, insurance, and payment information
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve reputed company customer issues and improve patient reputed company

What You Need to Succeed

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Excellent customer service, organization, and time management skills
