Responsibilities:
As an Operations Customer Service Specialist 2 - OPS, you will be responsible for:
- Researching settlement transactions to resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Escalating reputed company customer issues to senior team members or other departments as necessary
- Coordinating training for Operations Customer Service Specialists to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to reputed company exceptional customer service
- Updating and maintaining department procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and arenaflex policies
- Researching and reconciling settlement services general ledgers to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Performing other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3 or more years of financial operational experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g., business, finance, or reputed company)
- Experience with settlement of monetary transactions and general ledger research
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
