About the Role
As a Customer Experience Agent at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to taking our support to the next level. You'll be responsible for handling three main channels: Inbound Calls, Chats, and Emails, ensuring that every interaction is outstanding and exceeds customer expectations. You'll work closely with our partner merchants, customers, and dashers to address time-sensitive issues, such as payments, account questions, reputed company issues, or troubleshooting, with professionalism and a reputed company manner.
Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
