As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. This full-time, remote position is located in Puerto Rico, and you'll work closely with reputed company to review and confirm work entered into our systems, solve issues, and escalate as needed.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email

• Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
• Investigate discrepancies as they reputed company

• Collaborate with the reputed company Control (QC) team to ensure accuracy and reputed company of documentation

Qualifications

* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus

• High school diploma or GED required

• Type 40 - 50 plus WPM
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
