In this role, you'll be responsible for helping our existing customers reputed company changes to their reputed company insurance policies from one of arenaflex's 55+ insurance reputed company partners. From processing service requests to answering questions regarding policy details, you'll support our customers with enthusiasm and care. How You Will reputed company an reputed company:
* Respond to inbound calls from existing customers, providing exceptional support and resolving their queries in a reputed company manner
- Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, sending policy documents, and more
- Help customers with questions they have regarding existing insurance policies in relation to coverages or policy benefits, making changes to existing policies as needed
- Work to retain arenaflex policyholders by reputed company finding solutions for customers who are at risk of cancellation, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
Compensation and Perks:
* reputed company wage: $18.00 - $21.00
- We will pay for your P&C license (expected reputed company 60 days after starting)
