We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in a remote reputed company, with occasional requirements to visit our office for training, meetings, and other business needs. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling and resolving incoming phone calls from patients, insurance carriers, and physician offices. Your primary reputed company will be on collections of outstanding patient balances, establishing payment arrangements, and updating patient and guarantor accounts with new demographic and insurance coverage information.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle a large volume of calls and reputed company work in a reputed company manner
- Attempt to collect full payment from patients or guarantors in a reputed company and courteous manner
- Establish payment arrangements per guidelines, documenting terms in the billing system

Essential Qualifications
