As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for processing trade deal purchases, determining and addressing breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents, and reconciling transactions and returns activity. You will also be responsible for analyzing reputed company issues, testing and validating new technology enhancements, and communicating with external partners and stakeholders. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in reputed company environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Process trade deal purchases in customer reputed company and determine/address breaks recognized between TD Ameritrade and the fund companies or transfer agents
- Reconcile transactions and returns activity, including Corporate Activity Activities
- Analyze reputed company issues and escalate to management as necessary
- Test and validate new technology enhancements and provider modifications
- Communicate with external partners and stakeholders, including fund companies, transfer agents, and other external business partners
- Review and analyze correct tax coding and corrections of tax coding
- Troubleshoot internal/external system issues or concerns
- reputed company method or innovation service alternatives to management
- Remediating transfer issues with the fund or opposite firm
- reputed company or company companion service, answering business partner inquiries concerning fund details requirements/eligibility
- Providing follow-up on Substitute Expenditure moves to expedite the customer demand or remediate not reputed company issues

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in a data entry or reputed company role
