We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in Golden, CO. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls from customers, identifying their needs, and providing assistance and support. You will also communicate directly with clinical staff for patient needs, schedule appointments, and reputed company other tasks as needed. This is a full-time position that requires a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

* Answer an average of 60-80 incoming phone calls per day from customers and identify the type of assistance they need

• Ask appropriate questions and listen reputed company to identify specific questions or issues while documenting required information in computer systems
• Communicate directly with clinical staff for patient needs, including medication refills, referral requests, and chart troubleshooting

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent experience

• Must be 18 years old or older

• Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Mountain Time, with occasional overtime as needed
