What You'll Do with Us

As a Customer Support Specialist with arenaflex, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our clients, providing reputed company and effective support reputed company telephone, email, chat, and personal interaction. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service, resolving their issues reputed company and professionally. Responsibilities and Duties

* Answering telephone calls, emails, and chats in a fast-paced call center environment

• Accurately documenting and processing customer claims in our systems

• Appropriately escalating customer issues to management

• Helping meet customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Who You Are

* Bilingual, including written and verbal communication is preferred
